Our Story
Why I Created The EmpowHERment Collective
There are seasons in a woman's life that can feel overwhelming. Fertility struggles, pregnancy, postpartum, raising children, career changes, relationship challenges, caring for aging parents, perimenopause, menopause, and everything in between can take an enormous emotional toll.
Too often, women are expected to keep going while putting their own needs last.
After more than 16 years as a therapist, I saw the same pattern over and over again. Women were looking for mental health care that recognized how deeply emotional wellbeing is connected to hormones, relationships, identity, motherhood, family dynamics, and life's many transitions. They wanted more than symptom management, they wanted to feel understood.
That's why I founded The EmpowHERment Collective.
I wanted to create the kind of practice I found myself wishing existed: a place where women wouldn't have to explain why motherhood, hormones, relationships, careers, or caregiving affected their mental health. A place where they could work with clinicians who understood that these experiences aren't separate from emotional wellbeing—they're deeply connected to it. The EmpowHERment Collective was built to provide that kind of thoughtful, specialized care.
Mental Health Care Designed with Women in Mind
The EmpowHERment Collective was created as a virtual mental health practice dedicated to supporting women and girls throughout every stage of life. Our approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized because no two women experience life's challenges in exactly the same way.
We support clients navigating:
Anxiety and depression
Pregnancy and postpartum mental health
Fertility challenges
PMDD
Perimenopause and menopause
ADHD in girls and women
Parenting stress
Relationship challenges
Life transitions
Grief and loss
Self-esteem and identity
We also work with children, teens, couples, and families, providing support that reflects each person's unique experiences and goals.
A Collaborative Team of Specialists
One of the greatest strengths of The EmpowHERment Collective is our team. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we bring together clinicians with different specialties so clients can be matched with the therapist who best fits their needs.
Whether someone is seeking therapy for anxiety, support through motherhood, or guidance during a major life transition, our goal is to provide care that is thoughtful, affirming, and rooted in clinical expertise.
👥 Meet Our Team
More Than Therapy
Mental health education is a core part of our mission.
Through our No Sick Days podcast, monthly newsletter, support groups, workshops, and community events, we strive to make conversations about women's mental health more accessible, honest, and empowering. We believe that education helps reduce stigma and gives people the language and confidence to seek support when they need it.
You're Not Meant to Navigate It Alone
Whether you're adjusting to new motherhood, questioning whether your symptoms might be related to ADHD or hormonal changes, supporting an anxious child, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life, you don't have to figure it out on your own.
At The EmpowHERment Collective, we're committed to creating a space where women and families feel heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools to move forward.
