Meet Our Team

Choosing a therapist is a deeply personal decision. At The EmpowHERment Collective, we believe the best therapy begins with finding the right fit.

Our team brings together clinicians with diverse specialties and therapeutic approaches so we can thoughtfully match each client with the provider who best meets their unique needs. While each therapist brings their own expertise and style, we all share a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care that helps women, children, teens, couples, and families feel seen, supported, and empowered.

She holds advanced certifications in Perinatal Mood Disorders and Mental Health through Postpartum Support International (PSI), as well as specialized training in Bowen Family Systems Theory and Adoption Counseling from Rutgers University.

As a mother of two, Dana understands that balancing the demands of family, work, relationships, and personal wellbeing can feel overwhelming. She combines clinical expertise with warmth, humor, and genuine compassion to create a therapeutic space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to prioritize their own mental health.

Dana founded The EmpowHERment Collective with a vision of creating the kind of practice she believed women deserved—one that recognizes the unique emotional, relational, and hormonal experiences women face throughout every stage of life. Her goal is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care that helps women feel heard, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Amanda brings decades of experience building meaningful relationships into this second career, following twenty years in documentary filmmaking, nonprofits, and education. Her passion for compassionate mental health support is further shaped by early work in community health and veterinary medicine, and by lived experience as a cancer patient. She volunteers with Good Grief, a family bereavement center, and FORCE, a national nonprofit supporting hereditary cancer patients and their families.
