Appointments and Fees

Session Length & Frequency
Individual sessions are about 45 minutes, while family sessions may last up to 75 minutes. Your therapist will recommend the session length that best supports your needs. For the most effective progress, we suggest meeting weekly. If you’re considering a different schedule, you and your therapist can decide together what works best.

Rates & Insurance
Our session rates range from $200–$300. To protect your privacy and ensure our work moves at a pace that feels right for you, we don’t bill insurance directly. If you’d like to use your out-of-network benefits, we’re happy to provide a statement (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the Federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate that explains how much your mental health care is expected to cost.

If you don’t have insurance, or you choose not to use it, your provider must give you an estimate of the expected charges for any non-emergency services — including psychotherapy.

You can request a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a session. If you receive a bill that’s at least $400 more than your estimate, you have the right to dispute it.

Be sure to keep a copy or photo of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
